Michael became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in 2001. He has also been admitted to the New Jersey, New York, and Maryland Bars.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and earned his law degree from the Delaware Law School. While in law school, Michael was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.
