The purpose and intent of this website is to provide basic information to injured workers who are covered by the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. We believe that injured workers who understand their rights and obligations will be able to insist that their employers and the workers’ compensation insurance companies provide them with the wages to which they are entitled and the quality medical care they deserve.

This website was created by the workers’ compensation attorneys of Rothberg Federman. After many years of representing injured workers, we have found that many, if not most of our clients know very little about their rights. There are common misunderstandings about the benefits an injured worker can and can not receive. We have attempted to address these common misunderstandings in this site.
